We help our clients lead meaningful and dignified lives by assisting in areas such as home safety and modification, finding care resources, streamlining finances, and connecting individuals with volunteer and agency resources that can assist with skilled care and independent living.

- Independent Living and Care Planning
- Coordination of Resources to Assist with Independent Living

Masonic Outreach Services is a program of Washington Masonic Charities. Our case management and charitable services are available to anyone, regardless of their affiliation with the Masonic Fraternity. Our Case Managers are skilled, experienced, and include Certified Senior Advisors.
Charitable assistance for in home care, skilled care, repairs, bill paying, home modification, durable medical equipment, etc. is limited to resources we have on hand and on a financial need basis. Clients will contribute some or all of the costs beyond our case management services, unless a financial review by our team determines otherwise. To obtain charitable assistance, as described above, individuals agree to provide financial information as requested by our case managers. Clients will also agree that any charitable assistance provided will be limited to the amount and duration determined by the organization..
