WAMC Scholarship Information

The information Below is for the Masonic Legacy and Masonic Youth Scholarships through Washington Masonic Charities.  Many other Scholarships are available. Please click here for the list.

Washington Masonic Charities has two scholarships available for the dependents of Washington State Masons and members of Masonic Youth Organizations. The eligibility and application process is below.   

Masonic Legacy Scholarship – $3,750 each
To be eligible to receive a Masonic Legacy Scholarship from Washington Masonic Charities, an applicant must be a dependent of a member in good standing of a Washington Masonic Lodge working under the jurisdiction of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Washington, his child, stepchild, grandchild, step-grandchild, sibling or dependent (IRS definition) (or one who was in good standing at the time of his death. The applicant must be a Washington State High School Senior who is pursuing higher education. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA to be considered. This grant is only applicable to undergraduate tuition and fees.

Masonic Youth Order Scholarships – $3,000  each
Supporting our Masonic Youth is a priority of Washington Masonic Charities. Washington Masonic Charities is pleased to provide one $3,000 scholarship each for a Washington resident youth member of Rainbow, Job’s Daughters or DeMolay who is a graduating Senior in 2022.

How Students Can Apply 
· Go to www.washboard.org
· Sign up for a washboard.org account
· Enter Washington Masonic Charities in the search bar
· Select either Masonic Legacy or Masonic Youth
· Open & complete the application
· Upload required items like transcripts, letters of recommendation, and work history. 

Application Deadline – March 31st, 2022.
