If you do not have a “File of Life” and would like one for yourself or an older loved one, contact Masonic Outreach Services by calling 253-267-8625, or emailing byron@masonscare.org.  The “File of Life” is a form you complete and post on your fridge. If there’s an in-home emergency, first responders will then have medical details, emergency contacts, doctor details, list of allergies and prescriptions. This is valuable incase the person needing care is unable to articulate this important information during an emergency.
